You can custom order a home through CDB Properties, purchase one of our existing spec homes, or purchase a listing. Prior to purchasing, you will need to complete an application and receive an approval for tenancy.
Go to “Homes for Sale.” CDB Properties lists new homes for sale in the communities, as well as homes that we have listed for our tenants. If you are interested in ordering a new custom designed home, please contact the community manager for more information.

Yes, residents at CDB Properties sign a one-year lease.
The monthly rental fee and taxes vary by community and selected lot. Contact the community manager to discuss the rental fees of the available lot(s) that are of interest to you.
Yes. You are responsible for your own lawn and snow removal of your driveway, sidewalks, steps, and decks. The community takes care of the lawns outside of the tenants’ property and the snow removal of the main streets.
Yes. CDB Properties allows a maximum of two pets. For dogs, their full-grown weight can’t exceed 25 pounds.
No. CDB Properties doesn’t charge a Homeowner’s Association Fee.
Yes. In fact, a garage or carport is required, depending on the community and type of home that you select.
By renting the property, you save the cost of not only the land, but all of the improvements. Just the improvements on owned property can exceed $150,000, resulting not only in a larger cash outlay, but higher payments and taxes as well. Moving into one of our communities allows you to save more of your hard-earned cash to enjoy.
